Client approached us as required more space in order to do that we had a initial meeting and finally agreed to do single storey rear extension and loft conversion. And we submitted loft conversion under permitted development and single storey under house holder application. It took us two weeks to prepare the plans and we had approval approxmately in 10 weeks time.
