To meet the client’s need for additional space, we conducted an initial meeting and ultimately decided to proceed with a loft conversion. The loft conversion project was submitted under the permitted development regulations, which allowed for certain alterations without a full planning application.
We dedicated two weeks to meticulously preparing the plans. After the submission, it took approximately 10 weeks for the necessary approvals to be granted. During this time, the authorities thoroughly reviewed the plans and provided the required authorization for the loft conversion to proceed.
